What one do you think and why? It would be powering a i5 3570k @ 4.3 and a 7870

That one is pretty sweet just not a huge fan of MIR
ya but right now its 75 with out it so if you dont do the MIR its still a really good deal.
cheaping out on the PSU is a really, really bad idea. a cheapo psu will have shitty voltage regulation, and probably won't be able to supply the rated wattage. beyond that, the voltage fluctuations may kill your hardware. it's happened before.
I would not say $70 is cheaping out and I don't see any need to drop like $100 on a psu I know all the ones I put in my list are good. BTW that psu is still $90 don't know where this $60 is coming from.
promo code from 90 to 75 MIR brings it down to 60 if you think your cheaping out by buying this psu you are mistaken.
Ya I figured out the sale on it and I was just making a point to him that a $60-$70 psu is not cheaping out. I think I am going to purchase that right now thank you for pointing out this deal.
The Rosewill Capstone 450 will do; the Capstone series really stepped up the quality, and is on par with the Seasonic X series. However, some of them have really loud fans :( If you wanted, you could open up the PSU, and replace the fan, but that would most definitely void the warranty. Instead, you could get a Seasonic G 550; fully modular, unlike the Rosewill, and very well built. $30 more, but worth it for the modularity and silence :)
so should I get the rosewill 450 gold or the seasonic m12ii 650 bronze? they are about the same price
or this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153169
