That's pretty vague. What's your system specs. How much do you estimate your system consumes. What dimension PSU does your case support. Do you want full modularity, semi or what? Brand preference?

Why? Well we both have AMD FX 6300s and we both have AMD GPUS. Mine is actually overclocked. It's an excellent power supply. I have had it for a year and it hasn't blew up yet. It has a five year warranty with great customer support. They're made by seasonic so it's top of the line. And at that sale price, it's pretty hard to find something else.
