is this a decent power supply i know it's not a 80+ bronze or at least it doesn't say it is but is it good enuf?
No. Not only is it not high enough quality, it is overpriced.
It's meh. 2 12v rails aren't what you want. Get one for a similiar price with one 12v rail.

Try to scrape together $10 more for a bronze certified power supply.
The power supply is the heart of any computer. Do not skimp on your power supply in anyway. This is an excellent power supply. Yes it is a bit more money but you get what you pay for. Please, for the love of your system, go with the best power supply you can afford and that must be 80+Bronze certified at the very least. We are really only trying to help here.
