I need to know what power supply is recomended to power the Asrock Z77 OC Formula.
It has a 8+4pin cpu connector and i dont know what power supply would be able to support that.
See look-->
Can someone suggest a power supply between 90-130 bucks that would support this board.

Motherboards use little power. Use this link to get the correct wattage: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
somewhere i read a review that said you needed to connect both the 8pin and 4pin to get the cpu running on the board..
anyways i picked this power supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817553006
because it supports all the requirements the board ask's for [the 8+4pin cpu connnectors]

If you look at the specs of any PSU on Newegg it will tell you the conenctors included. Almost all PSUs have an 8+4pin
EDIT: This excludes server motherboards.
You should not have to hook up both connectors to get the CPU to work, just the 8-pin. The 4-pin is for extreme overclocking when the CPU needs extra juice, but that's things that are over like 5GHz
