Power consumtion with use of pfsense

hello guys!! i have been to sites for pfsense hardaware....and i have made up my mind by installing pfsense on my 7 year old intel dual core e5200.....and make it a source of torrenting and bittorrent sync client......but what i want to know is what wil be typical power usage of this config..will it be similar to a normally windows 7 pc or less then that?? or will it use all the power it can to provide routing duties....i m using a 300W psu,3gb ram., 250gb hdd AND 3  LAN cards....

hmmm so 300W is overhead but usage will be significantly less.....i have been experimenting with ddwrt on my tp-wr1043nd....and i m not satisfied....
