Atlas for a DNS server seems very fitting.

I just have very genaric ones

physical server: ProxMox
VM Server 1: UbuntuServer1
VM Server 2: UbuntuServer2
VM Server 3: Miner (ziftr miner)
Desktop: $USER-PC | linux one $USER-Ubuntu
Laptop: $USER-laptop

Yeah, the rest aren't really that relevant, I just liked them. Originally I just had Daedalus, Icarus and Helios and the aquinas domain, which is a Deus Ex reference, since then there hasn't been any meaningful order to it.

All my laptops are bill.
All my towers are mandude.

Most of my names involve themes of failure, explosions, peril, ineptitude, apathy etc.

Mine are usually my name followed by what the computer's form factor is.

GabeBoy Advance ):

I have HAL-9000 as my hostname.

Also note, that i have insults enabled for sudo, so that sometimes if I type in my sudo password incorrectly it can say something along the lines of "I'm sorry dave, I can't do that for you."

I really don't take things very seriously...

Escape Velocity- my fastest computer (use for gaming and cad) (speed required to exit somethings gravitational pull)
Galactic Center- 4tb storage server based off of a dell precision t3500----Center of a spiral Galaxy (in ours thought to be a super massive black hole in ours)
Event Horizon- Laptop that I take places (a theoretical boundary around a black hole beyond which no light or other radiation can escape or the farthest you can see to a black hole) farthest my computer systems go
Pulsar- My router ( thought to be a rapidly rotating neutron star, that emits regular pulses of radio waves and other electromagnetic radiation)
