A lot changed after the timeskip in OP, most notably the art style. Something else though that has changed is Chopper's design and his fighting style. The design's not too bad (a little sad he got rid of his old hat), but I can't get over how lame he is now compared to the old Chopper. Old Chopper's points upgraded his appearance for the most part, and definitely improved his combat skills. He went from cute to beasty. Now, however, he just goes from cute to a bigger cute. Kung Fu point seems to be his main point as of late, and it's pretty lame, especially the "Wachow!" sounds he makes. I don't really know where I'm going with here other than that I'm pretty disappointed that his character was downgraded for the sake of marketing to little children. Anybody else here miss the old "sh*t's going down when he goes for the rumble balls" Chopper?
Also, any other thoughts on One Piece post-timeskip?
I get that this seems kind of trivial to be whining about something that doesn't even exist, so if you think that my question is a stupid one, I get that, but please, no anime flaming.
