Edamame spaghetti, a tomato sauce my wife made while I went in to work for a few hours (peppers, msuhrooms, TVP, etc), and a Tofurky italian (mock) sausage, topped with a little parmesan cheese.

I’m stuffed.

On Halloween, I made a much better batch of cornbread.

Is that a porridge? How do you make it?

It is Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal. I had three packets with one of every flavor. Added half carnation milk and water to make along with a scoop of peanut butter at the end

Aww, no real rolled oats? I’ll have to try the peanut butter addition though for sure.

@anon46267848 Porridge can be pretty much any starchy grain, I would think most of steel cut oats, but that’s my preference.

It’s been a very long time since I cooked meat, but isn’t a roast an 8+ hour cook time?

I used the word “roast”, because this is the closest to what I’m doing with it. Locally we just call it literally baked pork… Because we are baking it in the oven…

Picking up some Ribeyes this weekend to sous vide and have blue cheese butter to go with it.

Breakfast was a mocha and this cinnamon roll from the local coffee shop.
