Jalapeno sausage, fresh jalapenos and mushrooms, over rice. Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
Results: pretty easy to make, and pretty good as well. Could use some sort of sauce to bring it all together though.

Micro Center #1 is located in the Asian part of Columbus. There are Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Korean and Japanese (I probably forgot a few nationalities) stores and restaurants within walking distance.
I love Korean food but I have never had a Pork Bulgogi lunch box before = so good!

That pizza looks more like a snack than a lunch
Theres not a microcenter within 200 miles of me, and the only resturants nearby is one chinese place and the rest are fast food chains.

Breakfast Sandwich, from top to bottom:
- Half of an English Muffin (grilled)
- Slice of salami (fried)
- Egg (fried)
- Slice of Horseradish Cheddar (so creamy, so good)
- Slice of salami (fried)
- The other half of the English Muffin (grilled)
It was delicious.
(I actually made/ate it last week)
