Loved it, especially the blood tofu (brown chunks in the soup).

Easter Feast, Smoking up some Roast Beef 5lbs of AAA grain fed goodness. Purchased from the Ranch where they are raised. So looking forward to this. .
For the holidays we had stuffed and oven baked lamp... I mean lamb...
Tonight I was too lazy to do something special, so I just made a vegetable curry risotto...
I think it's a bit sad, that the rice is looking most tempting of all things in that post...
Anywais, i just took out of the oven 6 of those:
Stuffed mushrooms with garlic, onions, the stumps and some ham...
PS: The light really improves the image quality...
trust, it was delicious.
Chicken, mushrooms, onions and pasta with soy sauce...
Now they were not enough for me, and I'm making the leftover pasta with vegetables and ham in the oven... But pictures of that a bit later...
PS: the cheese was too much for one and nod enough for two... So I split it it a bit for both...
Im Italian so I should know my cheese. But is that mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
Bwahahahaha...
Non, my Italian friend, non of them.
It's traditional Bulgarian yellow cheese.
In Bulgaria, we make two types of cheese - white, which is softer and usually salty, and this yellow cheese, that is more like parmesan. This is the yellow hard type, melted down.
Being the fat lazy bastard that I am, I just threw some stuff in the oven...
Rice, pasta, vegetables, ham,... Other crap... All in the oven for a couple hours...
Looks like chicken noodle soup, with rice, corn, carrots and peas.
It looks way moister, than it actually ended up being...
Also it was tastier than it looks, although not as good as I expected it to be.
