I usually hate pasta and sauce (unless it's ravioli, lasagna, or mac&cheese) But this stuff looks great.

Lately I have been surprising myself with the things I am making... They are getting extremely delicious, and they were never that good before...


I was about to use rice, but the pasta boils faster...

That's the filling:


It consists of many things, mainly potatoes, chicken, mushrooms, onions, red and green peppers and a bit of standard vegetable mix - egg plant, carrots, peas, green beans, etc etc.

With some grated cheese on top before the grate oven bake off...

After the great oven bake off...

So far that has been what I ate for supper. I might have some yogurt and then go to McDonald's for a plain McDouble (no spices added to the meat .. nothing).

I have no idea... I went to the store, I got 3 red and 3 green. They didn't have any other type, so...
I don't like those anyways...

And they are difficult to find anyways...

I just got those:

They are everywhere. In every store...

PS: I wanted to stuff zucchini, but they didn't have good ones for stuffing in the store. So i stuffed peppers instead.

The top ones are bell peppers. Very mild. Mostly used for taste.

In case you don't know what it is - I don't know either...


It's macaroni, mushrooms, ground pork and garlic...
Now I'm going to bake that thing with some egg, flour and milk mixture on top as a toping.
It's similar to Bulgarian musaka, just instead of potatoes I used macaroni, because I had some...
