Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. We just finished cooking and are eating now.
I love Indian food, especially when vegetables are the highlight of the dish.
Also Filé can come in handy for many different things. It adds flavor as well as thicken. Hence why you can use it in place of okra in many dishes.
Since @psycho_666 posted a picture of delicious garlic yesterday, I had to scratch that itch… so I got myself a falafel wrap with some seriously garlicky hummus:
stomach rumbles
Haven’t had this in a while since I’m trying to eat better but a lazy meal for me used to be garlic fried in butter with spaghetti.

Spaghetti aglio e olio.
It’s typically made with olive oil, not butter, but the basic idea is the same…
That’s a great idea for tomorrows lunch!
Date night is great night!
I did not know that I was going to be in the picture. Not my most flattering angle.
Risotto with scallops and ravioli or something?
This was my breakfast:
Essentially a fancy version of something that was introduced to me as Piggy in the hole by a Canadian girl, but I later found out it’s actually called Egg in the hole.
You cut a hole in the middle of your toast, put it in a pan with some oil/butter and put a egg in the hole, fry from both sides, it makes a great breakfast.
Here with some avocado, tomato slices and lots of fresh chives.
Bacon MVP Smash Burger from the Sports bar in the local casino. Double patty, bacon, lettus, and avocado suas.
If the wife ask I just came here for the food. I produce a podcast every week and after the cast the only restaurants still open are in the casino, and I am not eating gas station food for dinner.
It was delicious. I am going to try and recreate them.
The best burgers!
Y DIS lasagna looking more destroyed than my psychy?
“psychy” back door
Oi… Food thread. Stop prving…
It was fancy and deconstructed.
