That is basically what happened
Tri-tip and broccoli with white cheddar. Made two servings.
But then something in that meal upset my stomach, so the next day I got rid of the broccoli, sauteed some onions and bell pepper, chopped up the tri-tip, and threw in some Famous Dave’s Devil Spit BBQ sauce.

cooked some chickens made buffalo sauce and a buffalo chicken pasta bake and potatoes&onions as side. think the pasta needed more cheese and more sauce but thats a easy fix
edit can confirm extra cheese and buffalo sauce makes this 10x better i fucked up trying to keep this mild. also buffalo and cheese on the potatoes is amazing
In an hour or two when it has thawed we’ll see if it was lamb or cow I found in the freezer. It will end up as a casserole with schwarzbier but it’s still a bit different.
It was lamb. It’s gonna have to simmer for a while in lamb stock and schwarzbier.
