reached a point where i couldnt stand up on my bad leg anymore yesterday made Korean fried chicken sauce a few minutes ago mostly followed recipe no garlic low on that and in a hurry and added a bit of hoisin sauce. its boneless korean fried chicken in a sandwhich need i say more? its great

Thanks for the offer mate I appreciate it, but shipping cookies to Europe is a little bit excessive. Even if financially possible with shipping costs I would feel bad about eating cookies that would have been brought by plane over the Atlantic.

well this took a while. make a cottage pie pretty traditional mirepoix + sausage as meat + gravy + potatoes + cheddar taste amazing.

was too hungry couldnt wait for food to set ate too early second helping was a bit more solid but i still removed it early eventually™ will stay together when served

Dog was out back unusually long so went out to check.
Trust me this goes on topic .
He had an opossum playing dead or dead. The dog is very gentle and a retrieving type bread (GSP and Weimaraner mix) so I wasn’t too surprised that by the time i got some gloves on to render aid the opossum was already up and climbing the apple tree. @PhaseLockedLoop this is the pup I adopted from a coworker while at DEFCON (don’t recall if I brought that up when we met).
Was happy to see that, and that it didn’t seem to have any injury and in fact went back to foraging and started to kill some of my apples (cute little guy thinks he/she can hide behind the tiny branch).

Hard to find any premade eggnog that isnt loaded with high fructose, gar gum, carrageenan etc all in the same package. The cleanest one i found last year was some Gucci brand at whole foods.
Found this at Costco, only downstrike is gar gum but otherwise pretty good (a little too sweet)
