Pork ribs. (Some times it’s even hard to take pictures of food than usual. Especially if it’s a dark soy/honey sauce on it.) Low temp forever so it’s really juicy.

Lamb curry. I found fresh curry leafs for the first time in a store so I had some of those in it and a spoon of peanut butter. I also braised the lamb in lamb bouillon first.

Out of town hotel room cooking. Found a fondue pot at the salvation army store and made a stew of celery, green pepper, salami, and peanuts with a squirt of bottled pizza sauce.

everything hurts ok
made a pasta sauce and pasta and a butterflied duxelle stuffed pork loin roast then made it in to lasagna it took way too long to make and get all the ingredients. got two layers of pasta and cheese two layers of pork finish with sauce then cheese and paprika&gouchugaru

Noodles with a soup made from chili bean paste, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, peanut butter, Shaoxing wine, black vinegar, soy, dark soy, sesame oil, five spices, dried chili, white pepper, and topped with sesame seeds. Next time I’ll have some Sichuan pepper in it too.
