That spaghetti actually looks palatable.
It’s just spaghetti, prepped like a risotto - fried the bacon, fried the pasta, garlic and ginger in the bacon fat, added a bit of liquid, when absorbed added more liquid, etc etc… At the end added some cheese, that melted and added extra something.
Turned out really good actually. Tried basically this thing - ended up with completely different thing…
Breakfast at my desk this morning:
Greek yogurt with cantaloupe, grapefruit and some nut granola and scrambled eggs with roasted vegetables and some Tobasco Chipotle hot sauce.
Italian sausage is their best IMO. I highly recommend the chorizo if you haven’t had it yet too.
I’ll definitely check it out!
What’s in the fridge Sunday breaky. Corn fritters, avocado salsa, mushrooms and some eggs from my brother’s Araucana chickens.
What’s in it instead of meat? Soy products and tofu I guess?
