I posted in the Lounge but figured I’d add it here. Last night’s dinner was a mixed greens salad made up with mushrooms, tomato, cucumber and goat cheese, Annie’s Shiitake & Sesame dressing with mock chicken tenders:
Made grilled cheese sandwiches with smoked cheddar, smoked mozzarella, tomato and avocado and some red pepper flakes to spice it up a touch. It was amazing.
