Possible bad mobo? Need Help

Setup
I7 5820K OC 4.4
Gtx 980ti lighting
MSI x99s sli plus
corsair 750d airflow
boot drive intel 530 series 240gb
samsung 850 evo 500gb for games
seagate 1tb mass storage mostly empty
evga 1000w g1 power supply

So I turn my computer off last night after some gaming and everything is normal. No hitches no stutters noting.

I just looked a it and the yellow light on my GPU is amber but the system isn't powered on. So I turn it on and it lights up normal then gives me an error beep code. I can't find anything on error codes in the board manual so I turned the PSU off and waited then powered it on and it booted up fine but now it doesn't recognize my boot drive and my gpu is still turning amber while powered off.

Confused as all hell right now. Thought it was a PSU issue because of the power to the GPU being present while powered down but now that I'm missing a drive I think it's the mobo instead.

Please help!

Update! Switching to the second mobo bios let it boot once but then the steps repeated themselves exactly the same way. I think it's the Mobo. Might somehow be dead

Boot into the bios. Does it say the right time and date?

yes it does. pulled all the ram out. 4 x 4 kit of corsair 2133

running with 1 stick seems to be fine so far. cycling through them to see if one is bad

Is your boot drive a first on the boot order?

its the first sata port and the first drive in the order. Managed to get the system to boot normally again and now having mouse issues. Software problems annoy me. Can't tinker with it right now. Will update later. Still need to plug all my stuff back in. only using 1 of 3 monitors and my Mic and Headphones and webcam are all not plugged in anymore.
