New to pc gaming. recently just acquired a steam account. i remember a while back (like 2011 or 2012 i think) seeing that Portal was free for like a weekend or something. Is that something that happens often, like every year during a certain time? Or was it a one time thing.
I played the demo on Console and thought it was so much fun. ill probably just buy it, but if it will be free during the holiday or something, ill just wait.
1 time deal years ago, just know going in that you can beat the story in about 3 hours, 5 for absolutly everything
i recommend getting the bundle with both, it goes on sale occasionally

First time it was free when Steam for Mac was released. Then I think it was free wiith something else and after that it is usually bundled with Portal 2 during sales.
yeah, ill definitely have to check out the sale for both of them then
