Portable PC build Help Needed

Ok here's the deal, I'm going to be upgrading the processor and GPU in my main gaming rig with a 3770k and a gtx 770 or 780 depending on budget. So that's going to be freeing up my 3570k and my gtx660ti.

I would like to rebuild those parts into a portable gaming PC in the Lian LI PC-TU200B mini-ITX tower. Not the one Logan reviewed but the slightly bigger version that can use Standard sized Power Supplies. And should fit my gtx660.

Can someone help me put together just the basic parts needed to run a LGA 1155 3570k and my 660ti in this case? Ive got some basic ddr3 ram I can throw into it (some salvaged ddr3 ram from a dead newer store bought PC. 8gb worth of it.) So all I need is a Decent board, PSU, heatsink and a Wireless card. If the board comes with Wifi built into it, then all the better because I know some of these smaller boards don't have room for a wireless card AND GPU.

Kicker is, I need this as cheap as possible. Thanks guys!

The motherboard comes with a kinda flimsy antenna.  Mine(I have the same motherboard) gets knocked off easily, but the wifi works just fine with the antenna.

Fully modular PSU that's also small.(140mm length).  It's a bit pricey though.

1TB WD drive

NH-l9i is a bit expensive.  I don't know this case well enough, but maybe you can fit a Seidon 120V/Corsair H60?

I was thinking something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2hWuI

but I don't know what to get for a Heatsink.  Also if possible I'd love to knock that price down further.

I took a look at that board, one of the reviews said that the wifi requires Windows 8. Is that true? I have a unused license for Windows 8 but I'm not the biggest fan and would prefer my windows 7 :P

I guess there isnt much option when it comes to mini ITX boards. =P

I'm running windows 7 64bit on mine.
