Port forwarding hep needed

Trying to open up 3 ports to have a Project Zomboid server, but can't seem to get them open

 

I get my IPV4 addresses from ipconfig

 

 

Go into my router software and set the 3 pots i want open

 

 

But when I test with my IP address I come up as closed and no one can join the server................what am I doing wrong

 

 

Have also tried turned windows fire wall off and set up Inbound and outbound rules in advanced security settings, but no joy!

Your computer's IP looks like [...].211 whereas your router rules appear to point to [...].221.

Heh. I dont even port forward anymore. I use so many ports on my server, i Just set it up as a DMZ. All ports that are in use open automagically. 

Firewall keeps things in check.
