Poor performance when playing League of Legends while in a discord call

So this is a weird issue that I have been trying to figure out but haven’t had any luck yet.

PC is as follows:
Ryzen 9 3900x
MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk
RX Vega 56 (host)
GTX 1080ti (guest)
Running Fedora 33

I’ve had great success with the VM so far, and haven’t had any problems other than this stuttering/lag in a league of legends game. It only occurs when I am in a discord call though. If I am not in a discord call it runs normally. This occurred both with a virtio network adapter and the hypervisor default (which I think is e1000e)

I have CPU pinning turned on and huge pages enabled, the huge pages didn’t seem to help though. I haven’t tried without CPU pinning, but I had performance issues without CPU pinning so I assume it is working as it should be.
