Title. There will be more polls added as I go through the day, I just woke up though.

  • 2006 iMac (T5800 2MB L2 2GHZ, 3GB ram)
  • Asus G50VT-X5 (E8315 6MB L2 2.4GHZ, 4GB Ram)
  • Dell Precision 670 (2X Xeon Dual Core 4MB L2 per, 3GHZ, 4GB Ram)
  • Try to find something else (Use above machines for other projects)

I also have like 5 of these SPARC machines, so either way one will be publically available 4 slots at a time. Its just that won’t happen till a few months into next year.

Pick up a sparc machine? Uhhhhhhh Tadpole Laptop. Rare as fuck, but have the ekact same hardware as these machines, just in laptop form.

Otherwise stay away from SPARC boxes and go after an SGI Onyx. They are much more fun and still have software made for them. Thats my recommendation.

Helluva lot more fun than these things though. If you want SPARC just get one. I can’t recommend any specific machines.
