Poll - Which Hypervisor would you use for my use case?

So… looking for a Hypervisor with GUI management that will run many VMs, some with PCIe Passthrough, and 1 Linux VM will need to use Looking Glass to a Windows VM. Now I’m thinking Fedora Server with Cockpit would work but I was kind of thinking that Proxmox might be cool since I think I can transfer the non-passthrough VM’s to a second server(cluster?) when needing to shutdown and move passthrough hardware around… can Proxmox (QEMU Based) use Looking Glass, everything seems to point to yes… anyways vote in pole and/or comment below.

I think Lookingglass can do VM to VM on proxmox? I know Proxmox makes PCIe passthrough pretty painless in my experience. I love it.
