Beef is too expensive for me and I don’t eat fish. It smells bad.

For itx system with one drive

  • Small(ish) nvme m.2
  • Larger sata m.2

Get small ish NVME for the speed. You can always add large SATA SSD for storage. They don’t even need to be mounted. Just zip tie them somewhere and you are done.

Are they mutually exclusive for the life of the computer?

NVMe makes loading shit snappy and fast, but it doesn’t feel like as big a jump going from SATA SSD to NVMe as the jump from HDD to SSD does.

If it’s the only storage then go larger, if you can add another drive later then go faster.

Not adding any other drives to the system

Then larger one.

Larger one then. You will probably need the space more than you will need the speed…

Looks like a hotdog cooker

Kinda does, yeah… But it can cook everything.
So the poll says anything but chicken… So be it… Although I love me some grilled chicken boobs, but guess that would be next time…

how did the first grill go?

I want some closed back headphones. Not sure how deep to dive to begin with.

I’d suggest the Beyerdynamic DT770 pro.

I think the DT 880’s are better than the DT 770’s. They have a better soundstage. And personally I would never cheap out on a pair of headphones. Since I know I am going to have them and not get rid of them. But it depends on the type of sound signature the listener want’s.

In the 32, 80 or 250 Ohm version?
They are also slightly out of the target price range.

For 60€ more, that is to be expected.

Depends on what you’re plugging them in to. The 80 ohm will work well on pretty much anything.
