I would like to buy a new PC, so I try to find a suitable rig for everyday and hobby use, like developing software or hardware, internet, office, sometimes gaming, but I'm not that hardcore gamer guy.
very similar to my build, replace that 460w with the builder 430w, that 7750 with a 7770 (of the same brand), and that cpu with the phenom ii x4. So yeah, awesome build for gaming (at least that is what it looks like it is made for), the only reason I got the builder is because I'm very anxious about burning hardware, and the phenom is for the extra 2 cores that, since I'm a coder and aniumator, I really need.
simple rating around ***, as it isn't "top of the line", but the price to performance is great
I just have my own little rule to always get an atleast 500w PSU. But of course you can use a 460w if you want. But then you have to update your PSU when you wanna upgrade you Video Card and that wont be more than a year or 2 (depends on what you're playing.)
Do you think a dual core is enough for your needs (developing software/hardware)? If so that build looks great. Get a HD7770 instead of the 7750 like thetb0 said and you're good to go.

Have you considered the A10? It sounds like it might suit your needs. Its four cores and has integrated graphics that can game, but with graphic settings toned down. If you're not a hardcore gamer maybe you wont mind? It will save you like $100+ dollars which you can put into the rest of your system. You can get a better motherboard, better PSU, more RAM, more storage, and a better CPU cooler. For example: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rFDz
Or you can pocket the money you save. Logan was able to get an A10 build down to $350: http://teksyndicate.com/videos/build-best-350-gaming-pc-nov-dec-2012
But if you want to stick with a discrete graphics card, your build is fine. Maybe try to fit in a 7770. Although, I'm not sure about that PSU, is it 80 plus certified?
