Alright, here we go. Posted a couple builds before, and wanted to see what improvements I could make on this one based on price to value ratios. And I would prefer liquid cooling for the CPU, and maybe even for the GPU. I don't know if you can get those. Anyways, here it is:

800D is a big space to fill. Without a proper loop in there the case will dwarf the rest of your parts. 650D, Shinobi XL, 540D, Switch 810/820/630 would be worth a look..... my 2c anyway.

If you are after a AIO cooler for gpu's then maybe something like this is worth a look.

If this was me i'd go for the H220 over a h100i I am speaking from experience here, but as you want a water cooled GPU you could buy a titan block and link it to a h220 but I would rather make a LQ system from scratch.
