PLease help me with my first build

I built my first pc and it didnt work so i went to the forums then decided a part was not working and sent my ram back, got it back didnt help so then i sent my gpu back got it back and didnt start sill. This is my first pc and really need help getting this to work so i cant decide what to do next mobo, cpu or somthing else. My secs are

cpu- 6300

gpu-HIS 7770

MOBO- cant find box but has no onboard video

RAm- 1 stick 8 gb ripjaws

and when i turn on the fans to every thing turns on but the gp fan turns on for a second then turns off while the case and cpu fans stay on but nothing shows up on screen and after a while the HDD activity light turns off and the dvd drive stops working.

Please give me a answer

I wouldn't know what to say ,check the psu , proper cables for each pin etc, . It would be best if a video or photo was provided ...

Did you connect both the 24-pin and the 4- or 8-pin cables from the PSU to the mobo?

yes i did that was one of the first things i tried

Check all physical connections.  It's difficult to see what the problem really is.  Fiddle around.  Assuming this machine doesn't POST at all, I'd guess it would be a mobo or PSU problem.  What are your MOBO and PSU anyway?

I would check to make sure each and everyone one of the power cables is plugged in nice at tight. 

 

Also it seems like nothing is booting up on the device. Did you install windows at all?

So you dont have windows installed at all? What OS do you plan on running?
