Are these good? Should I change anything? If you can cut the cost do it! Could this run skyrim?

For me, i would take the athlon, also the GPU on the 4300, is pretty terrible. I would get something like this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-112011720g

How about this Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 HDMI/DVI-I/DP OC Version PCI-Express Graphics Card 11222-06-20G? And could this build run sky rim?
