Plasma 5.8 Graphical Issues

Has anyone experienced some issues?

So, I've noticed with Plasma 5.8, that window movement and widgets have severe blinking/flashing issues on computers with mobile integrated AMD graphics made within 2008-2014. I don't rely on Plasma, and my devices are primarily Xfce dependent, but after discovering this during Neon testing, I've noticed this issue persistent across multiple devices and distributions, even more so with OpenGL 2.0 and occasionally only with OpenGL 2.0. I'm gathering hardware data and system data at the moment to file a detailed bug report, but I'd like to know if these(or other) issues have been experienced.

Check the drivers in use and exactly what they support for those chips.
