So im going to be building my first pc. Now to start off im going for something cheap.

My question is which one would be better for gaming? And do I need a graphics card? I am new, but neither of them seem to have one.

Okay to answer your question the second one is miles ahead of the first link. The reason is because of the new FM2 APUs from amd. Yes, that case is compatable with the build that teksyndicate did. One quick thing to check is the form factor of the motherboard which in this case is "ATX" that case supports atx mobos. So, your good man. Like logan says in the video the speed of your ram directly affects gaming performance because the APU uses system memory for video memory. The faster the memory the more frames you get in games.
