Planned PC Upgrades

I have two upgrades planned out for my computer. I was wondering if I should change anything or not.

Anyways, forward. (No need for an HDD as I have one right now)

First Upgrade:

Second Upgrade:So with a maximum of 475 USD, this is the best I could come up with. It perfectly suits my needs, though I would be willing to change anything out so long as it doesn't hit the budget.

 So, I plan to sell my other PSU and case in order to get a higher quality case and PSU.

I sell my 270x to get the 280x.

And I sell my current RAM in order to get the 16GB I so wish to have.
