Lots of things I'd change.
What is your budget?
1. im not sure there's a 590 ti out there but i could be wrong
2. why not get the 3570k and get a better gfx card like a 680 or a 7970 they run cooler and consumes lower power
3. if you ended up geting a 680 or a 7970 then you can get a cheaper psu like cx 750
4. if you ended up getting a 6xx or a 7xxx gpu and the 3570k then you can save enough money to buy another ssd and raid 0 the two together for faster than light loading times
5. depending on your planned uses 8 gigs is plenty enough
Not quite sure there is such thing as a GTX 590 ti. And I believe GTX 590's are discontinued. Don't really know your budget, but by the performance of these components I can guess that it is fairly big. For the GPU, get a GTX 770 (MSI Lightning is the best) or the GTX 780 depending on your monitor. If your monitor is 1080p, then a GTX 770 or an HD 7970 will serve you just fine. Resolutions above that, I would highly recommend a GTX 780.

HD 7970: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7970lightning
GTX 780: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n780tf3gd5oc
(The Lightning version of the 770 and the 7970 are the best 770's, I don't really no much about 780's but I like MSI so I chose that.)
The price isn't the problem I don't want to spend to much, I've already got the CPU and case, I like the 590 as it's quite powerful, I know it's discountied so I'll get it used but if I want a GTX 780 or something is going cost me £100 more ish.
I would recommend staying away from a 590. Also comparing a used and brand new card is extremely un-fair.
