I just watching Pistol's AMD Build vid. And wanted to know if i could switch out the 850 watt for a Evga SuperNova 1000G2 1000W Atx12v 80 plus gold power supply.

No, it has to be the exact same PSU or else the PC won't boot because of compatibility issues. Also make sure the stickers you got from the processor and other parts are on the case or it won't boot as well.
