For legal reasons, I'm not able to link you to the ROM nor the Emulator. I will, however, say that the Emulator is called Fusion, and the ROM is a beta rom. Google is your friend.
Basically, I'm just going to be playing through Pier Solar. It's a BETA ROM, though. This means that at some point in the game, something might break and when it does, that'll be the end of the series until Pier Solar HD comes out.
