Your spending WAY too much on PSUs, even if you needed that much power, which you don't, thats still kinda pricey even for that. Go for a 550W PSU.
Thats a pretty sick price on the i5, good catch. If you're gonna drop the money on an i5, I'd suggest bumping up to a HD7950 or HD 7970 to really see the difference in games. The Extreme 4 is probably one of my more recommended LGA 1155 boards at this price range. You realize your lacking a hard drive right?
Now... not that I'm REALLY recommending this, but its an option you could consider, you could go for this build (posted below) and have nearly the same performance without having to wait to buy that graphics card. That said, I don't know if it would be worth passing up that sick i5 deal.
Out of the motherboards, I'd probably go for either the ASRock or the Sabertooth, because both of them have an 8+4 phase power design, which is going to be excellent for overclocking. The EVGA only has 7+1 phase power, which probably make that much of a difference, but the other two boards should overclock better. The EVGA board is better for expansion if you're planning on getting three or more graphics cards though; it has more bandwidth on the PCI-E slots because of that PLX chip. The Extreme 4 can also handle faster ram than the Sabertooth, or at least that's what their spec sheets say.
I would personally get ram with lower timings, but you probably won't even notice the difference anyway, so if you're on a budget and don't want to spend more on ram then you don't have to.
I would definitely go with the Seasonic over the Rosewill.
The 7870 is a solid GPU.
I don't know anything about that monitor, but I personally wouldn't buy it. I don't like buying refurbished items, and I'd like to see a lower response time, although you might not notice the difference with that either.
The case isn't really my style, but it's supposed to be a nice case. Good choice if you like it.
If you want to save on the PSU, you can go XFX or NZXT Hale80 or HALE90. They are all good.
As for the system, I agree with what Vortex is saying. I would recommend looking for a less expensive 7870. You can find them for under $200. The HIS ICEq that I am using is awesome and it was $200.
Seasonic X650 is 99 dollars at newegg at the moment. At that price it's a steal. It's practically the best you could get for that kind of money. I'm pulling my hair out right now as I don't live in the States and can't get my hands on one of those for that price. With 650 watts you could easily run even a power hungry 7970 with overclock.
Get the Asrock Z77 Extreme4. Asus has skimped on a lot of things on the P8Z77-V LK, so it's not worth the money. The Sabertooth and EVGA models are way too expensive for the stuff they have to offer.
