Pity they didn’t do a cost comparison. Pretty sure top of the line EPYC is under $4000 per 7601 processor?

Xeon gold 6138 is rrp $4937.00 in 1000 quantity from ark.intel.com

I find it surprising to see a single Epyc 7601 fight so hard against dual Xeon 6138.

I suspect it’s clock speed.

I suspect those Xeons aren’t clocking as high on all cores.
