First off, forgive me as I’m newly getting back to linux, so you’ll probably see some really dumb questions from me pop up from time to time. Was in IT up until the tech bust and walked away completely for almost 15 years.
Running Debian Buster. Intel core2 quad 9550 @ 3.82GHz (and Climbing), 8gb ram, GTX770 2gb. I know, I know.
Anyway, is it just me, or does the installation of the FAHClient make some things go a little haywire? Having trouble installing tests and even when I force install and Phoronix says all is well, it bombs while running the test.
Being lazy now and not posting any specifics, just want to know if this is just how it is and not waste a bunch of time chasing it down.
More questions to come about how I love everything about Debian except their stupid networking changes. If I had a dollar for every time I typed ifconfig, I wouldn’t be driving a hot rod Core2.
