Phenom II X4 940 or Q6600?

hey guys i got a tricky question.

i currently have a q6600 @3.4Ghz and i recently bought a phenom II x4 940 with a bad motherboard.

is it worth it if i buy a motherboard for the 940 and use that for my main rig? (i also overclock it than)

or should i keep using my q6600?

i heard those 940's clock 3.6Ghz with ease... is that true?

the thing is i need all the processing power since i-am also streaming, (i wont do a 2 pc stream setup)

so is the overclocked 940 more powerfull than my q6600?

Keep the q6600, great chips for oc'ing- i had my old girl @ 3.2ghz for a couple of years. Sell the 940 and buy a half decent cpu cooler I reckon.

haha yes,
but thankyou for your answer ^^

thankyou i'll keep my stuff than.

also how much do you think i can probaly get for it?

i bought a asus m3a-h hdmi, phenom II x4 940 and 4gb (2x2GB ) 800mhz corsair memory all together for 25 EURO's.

note that the mobo only posts with one ram slot filled (any more and it won't post)

Wont be much in that case.... Maybe even keep it & make a linux box or small server.
