Just why???
Jesus, I should post mine up for sale lol
Right?! Obviously this guy has figured out the equation: rarity = value!
Oh wait no, no it doesn't.
what is it? It says, "NOT FOR SALE". How many Megahurtz does it do?
Its a CPU with 4 cores clocked at 2.0ghz
Let me get this straight. The guy wants 5k for a CPU from 2009, then has the audacity to ask for $50 shipping? Just donate it to a muesem, use it as decor, hell use it as toilet paper, but do not charge more than $50 with free shipping for that.
5k?? What a steal!
If he stopped typing after he pressed 5 he might actually get rid of it. Oh well I'm sure this is all to get some attention for his store.
They are still "worth" around $150 - $300. He's not wrong about the rarity, AMD released just under 100 and of those about 8-12 were killed in LHe/LN2 overclocking.
He is trying to sell it based upon the fact that it is limited edition??? Maybe if this was 2115 it would be worth that as an antique but not a few years later.
