Phantom 410 Help

Hi, i just recieved my PC yesterday and put it together last night. I got a Phantom 410 case with a ASRock Extreme4-M motherboard. When i was connecting the front panel connector wires i found that they are male connectors and I can't see where they would connect to the motherboard. Do i need somekind of special connector or something?

Thanks, Jayden.

usb3.0?

some retarted case makers use passthrough cables instead of header connectors, even though 95% of mobos now come with headers. they do make adapters

The usb 3.0 i was fine with, but the little LED lights on top of the case (http://rwlabs.com/images/articles/nzxt/phantom_410/phantom_410_014.JPG) have no visible place to plug into the motherboard. What kind kind of adapter would i need?
