PCPartPicker's wattage meter accuracy

I was playing around with the PCPartPicker’s PC build webpage. I put my main rig’s parts in there (here’s the list: Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (14nm), GeForce GTX 1660, Corsair Obsidian Series 450D ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker) and out of curiosity, I added a GTX 770 I’ve in my garage basically collecting dust, and the wattage meter jumped from 361 watts to 591. I was wondering, how accurate is that? If the “estimated wattage” is power consumption under full load on both cards, I could in theory dust that 770 out and put it in my PC so I can play around with vfio.

Under load, gaming with discord and YouTube in the background, I get about 480 watts on a 1660ti and 3600. So it sounds about right.
