In one of your previous videos Wendell mentioned the possibility of using an external gpu via thunderbolt. At the time I thought the idea seemed a little impractical, but the after some consideration and some extensive googling, I came across this: http://www.sonnettech.com/product/legacyproducts/echoexpresschassis.html From what I am reading you could theoretically place a PCIe x16 video card in this external enclosure run the card entirely over thunderbolt minus the power which is provided by a psu in the external enclosure. What are your thoughts on the idea of external video cards run over thunderbolt and where do you see this technology going in the future?
