If you can find an R9 280X for ~$300, get it instead of the GTX 770. If you can't find the R9 280X, the GTX 770 should be just fine with BF4 as well.
FX-8320 would be a worthy investment.
With Some Tech Noob's recommendations, you should be fit and ready to go. It will no doubt be able to run BF4 at, at least 35-40, and about a 20% improvement when the Mantle update comes out for Battlefield 4 to utilize the Rx 2xx series cards.
