Pc worth upgrading or build another one

I  was wondering if this pc would be easier to upgrade or build another one if i build another one it's gonna be the one from his video thats the cheap ass gaming video.

My pc specs:Windows XP 32 bit SP2

Intel celeron 3.6Ghz single core processor

2GB of RAM

ATI Radeon Xpress 1100

Would the one in this link be able to play Black Ops 2 in 720p Mid-Low graphics?

I would say build a new one, and yes it should be more then capble of play black ops 2.  I would use one of the better cpus though like the 5600k or 5800k and get 8gb of ram so 2 of the ones from the video.  Might also be worth reusing your hard drive and case

I would build the new one its too much money to put into an antique pc and it will not do what you want in the end. Thats my 2 cents.

I've built three systems almost identical to the one logan has posted there for friends, they will play black ops 2 at those settings, even mid-high. 

I would suggest a little bit better cpu if you can afford it, like raging said. A-8's are not much expensive.

They have lots of potential.
