Pc won't post red cpu led!?

I have a Asus Maximus V Extreme and an i7 2600K with an 850w PSU

 

I have tried resetting CMOS

I have the 8 and the 24 Pin mobo connectors in.

No pins are bent on the CPU Slot

Everything else turns on then just turns off.

I have tried different RAM configs with Corsair Dominator Platinums 2x16 1600mHz

STILL WON'T BOOT Pleas help!? :(
