Ok, so I built my first rig in late Frebruary. I runs great. With an 8350 and 7950, I can easily max out most games without breaking a sweat. But I am in desparate need of more storage. I'd also like a new cpu cooler (currently using a 2.0 water performer) and a psu (preferrably modular).
My budget: no more than $150 for any one part.

CPU Cooler: Xigmatek Dark Knight II SD1283 Night Hawk Edition 89.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($127.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $162.98
Well, if you want a noticeable upgrade, you would have to spend nearly $100 on each component. Definately get a HDD.
Personally, the second upgrade it would a be a toss-up between the PSU and cooler, depending on your current PSU. If it's still a solid 600w PSU already, you really don't need modular cables if your case provides decent cable management options; you can tuck them away in the "business" side of the case. If you some generic, or off-brand PSU, or one that isn't 80plus, then the PSU should take priority over the cooler.
