hi all,
so recently my pc has been shutting down after i turn it on, it gets to the windows home screen and then it shuts off and comes back on with a message saying it has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
i am unsure as to what could be causing this so i thought id ask you guys and girls for you opinion and or a solution

have you try booting into safe mode? if using windows 7.
so after it shuts down it boots back into windows normally? if so i would check the start up items...with Ccleaner
it could be a bad drive or bad OS. download the hdd testing tools from seagate and WD.
i have done before but not in a while
boots into windows then shuts down and boots back into windows, i would reinstall my os but i have lost the disk it was on
i will try Ccleaner
