Pc powers off after clean cpu paste change

Did I fck up thermal paste change
So baiscly I decided to upgrade my old pc with new hdd. Before I got compressed air and got rid off all dust then decided to get rid off old cpu paste and got new one and finished with new hdd install.
I went to mint install all went smooth but after 5 min pc froze and after I tried reboot it started to turn off.
I checked cpu fan is spinning

Maybe you used electric conductive paste and some managed to slip somewhere and now it's making some kind of short that prevents your PC from booting. Try to take eveything back apart and check the CPU socket and all the roundings to see if that happened. Another possibility is that you used too less so it's overheating or you didn't clean everything properly so the thermal paste can't do it's job.
