PC part choice (beginner)

Hello, I'm looking at building a gaming computer, I am completely new to all this, I have been a console gamer for years and have always wanted to play PC, as I've played at my friends and really enjoyed it and seen how good graphics can be. I have a budget of £800 to build this gaming PC, about $1250 for those of you who operate in dollars, obviously a little more money is fine if necessary. If anyone can give a list of parts for a gaming PC within this budget, as good a PC as possible, i would be very thankful. There are a few things i need it to be, i definitely am getting an i5 3750k processor and the graphics card needs to be nvidia but the rest can be whatever. Appreciate any help, thanks.
